I would like to recommend Hamish and Jolene to any investors with property in Gisborne. We settled a house Dec 1 and completed a renovation Jan 5. Jolene was onsite during this time (Christmas!) managing trades people and recommending some upgrades to appliances, she actually even went to Noel Leeming to purchase for us. Hamish had tenants signed before the renovation was completed who moved in Jan 7! At the rear of the property is a studio which Hamish also manages under a short term AirBnB set up. Throughout the renovation on the studio Hamish was involved in our decision making process; whether it was curtains, security cameras or layout we had his support. Hamish then completed the staging and organised professional photographs over Easter. He worked behind the scenes with a local business to line up a contractor for a three-week stay a few days after it was listed. We could not be happier with the complete wrap-around service and care we have received. When something doesn’t go to plan, Hamish and Jolene remain calm and help us find a solution. We would not have been able to manage this purchase and renovation without him and his entire team.

We recently worked with Hamish and his team to get our property rented out, and we couldn't be more impressed. They were incredibly efficient, professional, and proactive throughout the process. From marketing the property to screening tenants, everything was handled with care and speed. Within a short period, they secured reliable tenants, making the entire experience stress-free.
