From our first meeting grant was thoroughly professional outlining the process very clearly to us three sisters. Our situation was sensitive with the loss of our mother and he was aware of the importance of her legacy. Grant went over and above to help us with builders report, LIM, lawyers and putting us in touch with businesses we needed, even offering to change lightbulbs! He gave us prompt communication by txt and email after each open home and often asked if we had questions. He also guided us through some technical aspects of tender process.
