Enjoying your career path is the key to any success and to Grant this has been paramount to his success.
Beginning this path working for a major New Zealand building supply company in Palmerston North, Grant progressed to the possession of sales rep, looking after several major commercial building construction sites as well as residential buildings.
From there Grant progressed to Branch Manager who oversaw and developed the new Gisborne / East Coast greenfield venture. This was extremely successful and Grant was appointed Hawke's Bay Manager based in Napier. This was a great move. In the mid to late 1980's among the large corporate takeovers, including Brierly Investments and Fletchers the company was acquired and stripped of its many assets and manufacturing arms. Rather than move to Auckland, Grant chose to stay in Napier and began a career in Real Estate, and stayed with his love of selling and marketing, and the bonus was he was still working amongst homes and building development.
Now, over 30 years later Grant is still enjoying every day of his career. Staying true to his beliefs, Grant is very approachable and believes great service, professionalism and the ability to get the job done has gained him the many friends and clients he has today.
He is an avid follower of Hawke's Bay sport and was a former judge of 'Hawke's Bay Home of the Year'.
He also does a lot of voluntary community work and has been a member of Rotary International for over 40 years.
