We were impressed with Grant's attention to detail in pursuing the listing, the fact he followed up promptly (and early in the morning!) and his personal help with water blasting. However, we found communication a bit disappointing as time progressed, especially not knowing he was in contact with Iwi over the Cultural Impact Assessment when we were invoking all sorts of help from other professionals involving great time and energy that in the end wasn't needed. Also over prospects etc.
