We recently listed & subsequently sold our mothers property in Gate Pa. The reason for the sale was mum had moved into a rest home. He worked with us to list & advertise the property using the best means, in this case to negotiate a price with prospective buyers. He kept us up to date on a regular basis & checked in on how mum was doing & we sold the house in less than 2 weeks. He went above & beyond. He visited us on a Saturday morning while we were moving furniture out. Some of the furniture was to large to get through the front door without dismantling. We didn`t have the right tools to do the job. Geoff went out of his way to go home, get the right tools& help us remove the furniture.
