Having arrived in New Zealand in 1995 and working as a City and Guilds plumber I fell in love with the country and being from a building background focussed on starting my own company.
Some years later I tried to sell my own house which I had renovated, it became apparent that it would be easier to employ the services of a real estate agent, shortly after listing with a small boutique company in my hometown of Howick.
In the listing presentation, I was persuaded to enter the exciting world of real estate, and so my journey began.
I attended night classes and passed the course within 12 weeks of starting, therefore joining the boutique company and learning my craft, in the first 6 months selling 6 properties and steadily climbed to top sales.
After 5 years I decided to join Ray White Half Moon Bay and enjoyed working in a slick corporate organization focussing on mainly auction sales, within a few years becoming the top individual salesperson 2 years in a row.
After 13 years in real estate, I decided to move to Hawkes Bay, and I am extremely excited to have joined the friendly team here in Napier where we reside. There are new challenges ahead and I look forward to the future here at Ray White Napier.

Fran worked hard to sell what turned out to be a difficult home to sell. Although large, full size plot and immaculate, the Monolitihic cladding (Plaster) put off a lot of buyers and it seems banks too. We got there in the end with Fran's determination, positivity and at times, frank discussions.
