At the age of 81 it's not surprising that I have bought and sold a number of properties. My experience of Real Estate Companies varies between just ok and downright toxic. This time I could not fault the Ray White experience. The marketing was great, super photos and dealing with Fiona was amazing. Having Ben do all the negotiating at the Auction removed a lot of the stress involved and was a total reversal of the very bad experience that I suffered at my last Auction.

Our property is challenging because our neighbours fence is encroaching into our property, which has to be resolved before a buyer will be willing to purchase our property. While we are resolving the fence issue with our neighbour, we lost a potential buyer. However once the fence issue is resolved, Fiona was able to quickly find another buyer. She went beyond her duties to help us resolve the fence issue with our neighbour.
