No Open Homes!! Thanks Estelle and Lou!! We were coming into our home-based businesses busiest time of the year, so when our dream home came up to buy, the timing wasn't the best. Estelle showed us around the property for a private viewing and then accompanied us on a further visit during the open home. She provided up to date info on what properties in the area had recently sold for so we were able to feel confident that we had a shot at getting the property at auction. Estelle's advice leading up to the auction was invaluable and I am 100% sure that if we hadn't had Estelle holding our hands on auction day (she did our bidding for us) that we wouldn't have won the property.
