I would like to state my appreciation of Esmae Farrington's handling of the sale.This was not an easy sale process. The property was jointly owned and one of the owners did not want the property sold and was only doing so on the order of the High Court. This owner did what she could to disrupt the sale process, to stop it from happening by demanding an unrealistically high price. To make it worse, she had been a Real Estate agent at one stage and bombarded Esmae with texts and emails instructing her how to do her job. Esmae remained professional and resolute throughout and succeeded in selling the property for a realistic- good price. Esmae acted extremely well at the time of handover and put considerable time into ensuring the new owners suffered as little as possible from the activities of the unwilling seller. Esmae's handling of the sale was excellent.
