What we wanted in an agent was honesty & strong communication; and these are the 2 qualities that Emma has in abundance! She isn't afraid to tell you how it is (even if it's a tough discussion to have) which is what sets her apart. Having an agent that's there to massage your ego is no good in this cooling market, but Emma's insights allowed us to make fact-driven decisions. To whom it may concern We would like to express our outmost satisfaction working with Emma Moyle in the sale of our property in Beach Haven November 2016. Even though Emma was representing the vendor, we felt that she helped to make the transition into owning our first home smooth and relatively stress free.
