There was a lot of dialogue between us and I never had to wait for a reply. Emma kept me in the loop with everything and also checked in a couple of times after settlement and continued to be the Communication between me and the vendor. Emma is very friendly, approachable and has fantastic people skills. I would and will highly recommend her service.
