I’d like to pass on our experience in selling our house with ADRE, and in particular Vincent Barnao and Emma Duncan. Our experience started well before listing our property. We met Emma and Vincent at an open home we attended – about 3+ years ago. From that point Vincent and the team maintained regular contact, and never in a pushy way. Xmas party and Easter Egg hunt invites were well received. Vincent and Emma visited a couple of times and offered rental and sales appraisals (although we didn’t win the Queenstown trip). Once we decided to sell our house, ADRE was top of mind and Vincent was very helpful in uncovering what we wanted to achieve. In the lead up to listing the property, Vincent visited and provided some advice to get the house in best shape to sell. This proved invaluable and he made sure that we focused on things that would add value. His regular weekly check-ins made sure we kept on track, and we felt supported that we were doing the right thing! Vincent was always happy to provide impartial advice and was very factual about how things were tracking. His confidence gave us peace of mind, and we believe the campaign that was put together certainly helped achieve a result beyond our expectation. We have nothing but very high praise for Anne Duncan and her team. We sincerely want to say “Thank You!” to Emma for her loving care and the quick successful sale. We didn’t have any knowledge of selling a house when we decided to sell our house. However, Emma was very willing to assist us to find the best time for putting our house on the market and to bring the auction forward. Our house was sold on the tenth day after putting it on the market. During the ten days, Emma totally committed herself to do the best for us and completely open and honest. When all was over at the auction, the buyer looked very happy and we also were overjoyed with the result. We feel that it was not her business but her loving-kindness at work.

We recently bought a house through Anne Duncan Real Estate; I cannot thank Emma and Anne enough for the services we received from them and their company. All our questions, by phone or email, were answered immediately and the guidance they gave us was always very sound and sensible. Their online site is very helpful and easy to read. Because they have such a wealth of experience in the market they were instrumental in making what could have been a very stressful experience into a smooth very efficient transition for us. Let me start by saying, I never write reviews, ever. Honestly, no one has given me an experience that warranted me sitting down and thinking of what to say. Emma, is a good human, you don’t come by many but she exceeded our expectations in every way. Right from the get go with Emma she has worked tirelessly at selling our property. She got home on a Sunday from a long haul flight and met us at our house on the way home from the airport. She came to this meeting enthusiastic and well prepared, and every interaction we had with her after that was the same. Emma proposed an efficient sale process, advised us on staging and arranged photographs, gave me good and thoughtfully critical advice on finishing the house, all within the week. The sale went very well and we would work with her again in a heartbeat. Thank you Emma you’re an absolute legend and star.
