Excellent, friendly and honest Stefanie and I were thinking of getting a second property, closer to the city. I spoke to a couple of agents I know and Elizabeth was one of them. She was the only one who actively checked on how the plan on securing a mortgage was going. She always had ideas on how to get things sorted. She was working so hard, eg: spending time with us in the weekends to view houses for sale. She is friendly and has a good network of people and good knowledge of what is available. She was given an amount to work with and she was always positive that in the current market, that amount can find us a house which we can call home. She gave us all the freedom of decision making and was not at all pushy. It never felt like we are dealing with a real estate agent, instead it felt like you are dealing with a family member. Even if we liked the house, she would always point out the pros and cons of the property and never felt like we will be cheated. She always had our best intentions at heart, knowing we had a really young family. In the end of searching for over 2 months, all her hard work, perseverance and dedication to the cause paid off and we managed to secure our second home, one that fit the budget and met all of our requirements. We have just won our first home at Auction last night! Woohoo!... This is one of the best felt awesome moments ever in our lives. My husband and I are over the moon. Can’t thank Elizabeth enough for all her hard work and perseverance. Our house hunting search started in November 2017. We had come across real estate agents who would hype us up to buy the property and mortgage brokers who would say a million things to get us interested. It did not take long for us to realise that we were not in the right hands, we felt too rushed and pushed. My colleague at work suggested Elizabeth as an agent to contact. We were looking for our first home with zero knowledge and very afraid to put our feet in madly rising Auckland market. We talked to at least 5-6 sales agents but within few talks Liz had built a great confidence in us. Dear Elizabeth, I think the human linguistic fraternity didn't do a good job when they defined the English language,moreover our limitations in the ability to express the following recommendation doesn't appear to do justice to what we as a family think about your contribution in achieving our dream. So here is to you: We decided to interact with Elizabeth as our realtor based on a recommendation from a friend. We were actively looking for our first home for the last 6-8 months .She was recommended to us through a common friend about three months back. Our first contact with Elizabeth was over the phone and I knew from that first conversation, that I had found the right realtor.
