When had particular concern from building report, happy to liaise with owners. Open to extending viewing so I could decide if this was the one for me. Knowledgeable on the property which made process easier. Would recommend to anyone looking to sell.

Finds what you want and makes sure the process is simple and easy to understand. Had a good discussion at the start with Eliana on my preferences and roughly what I was after, after that she recommended a few places that fit the bill. It didn't take long to find the one and from there she helped run me though the process explaining the steps simply and making sure the deal went through. She was very supportive and knowledgeable and made the process super easy.

Eliana on buying and sell property Looking at a house for sale the agent was Eliana so I asked her to sell my property also, she recommended that I sell it by auction, unfortunately it didn’t sell but she was very confident that it would sell and so it did. So buying the new house and selling my existing one Eliana has been brilliant in the work she and her partner Helen have put in, they both kept me informed about everything that was happening throughout the buying and selling of both houses. 5 Star Review Worked tirelessly even in Lockdown. Listed house and after the first weekend had a few offers which we turned down. Then went into Lockdown and thought we were done. Second day into Lockdown, had a call from Eliana about an offer she had managed to pull together that was far superior to the two we previously had. Great communication all the way through and even went above and beyond and helped us sell our furniture as we are relocating out of the area. Impressive Salesperson Eliana is one of the few salespeople we came across in our recent property search, who made us feel like she really was interested in what we wanted.
