My wife and I cannot speak highly enough about Edward Baker at Ray White Realty Ltd in Manukau. He helped us sell two properties earlier this year 2021. Based on that experience we asked him to find us an investment property. In less than a week he found the perfect property. He spent a lot time answering our questions in person or via emails. Edward negotiated the sale of our Mt Wellington rental property. He negotiated two agreements on the property, the first one, plus a back-up agreement just in case. When the first buyer asked for a reduction in the price before going unconditional, we were confident enough that we had a second agreement to be able to decline this request. Edward’s ability to present us with two agreements allowed us to maximise our sales price. We were delighted with the result, which enabled us to purchase our own home.
