Simple, this lady did not care about us as customers. Her approach was cold and impersonal, it gave us the impression she didn’t want us to buy the house. She made unprofessional comments about rival real state companies and agents we considered totally unprofessional. This lady appeared to be overconfident and looking down at people. Lastly when the house was sold, we bought the property, she simple said thanks on a txt message, not a gesture of appreciation whatsoever. She simple vanished.
