Yesterday Des and I met in his office and he patiently listened to me and professionally gave me a lot of useful suggestions. I was so upset and confused before I met him but after his support and friendly help I got more confidence and courage. So I wrote this letter to express my thankfulness and really thank you for your permission and thank Des for his professionalism and friendliness. And I am very happy to be your customer in the future if I get any chance. I will also recommend your company to my friends.

Des Ryder has managed the rental of a property on behalf of our family for the past three to four years. At all times he has communicated when any issues have arisen and has tenanted the property with great care for the neighbouring unit owners. He has given exceptional service in a friendly manner which was greatly appreciated. The management has been excellent which has meant that we have not had any worries with the day to day renting and tenants. The maintenance team has been available for repairs which have been carried out very promptly with no problems.
