I was really impressed with Darrin Fordham and Daniel Young. I purchased a property through Darrin around a couple of years ago and I was really impressed with his professionalism, demeanour, advice and his ability to get the job done. As such, there was no doubt in my mind that he would sell my property in the future, and as part of this I met Dan who exemplified Darrin's traits. I had so much confidence in the ability of Darrin and his team to sell my property in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Darrin and Dan organised a property for me to move into within half a week (which allowed a pet), lined up multiple viewings, assisted with the negotiation stage, and obtained a conditional offer in just over a week. This offer went unconditional and settled yesterday and so I felt obligated to share my experience with you. In particular, I would like to thank them for their steady hand during the negotiation stage to obtain a reasonable price.
