Through this whole process we have found Dale to be amazing so helpful and accommodating his communication is excellent and always answered any questions and explained everything well. Balancing the three contemporaneous sales of properties could not have been easy, but not once did we feel that it was struggle or effort for Dale. If we every sell again I hope Dale is still working in this industry as he is honestly the only person, I would want to deal with we totally appreciate him as a person and as a realtor.
