When I got the appraisal, Dale first impressed me by keeping in touch, not pushy just supportive. This was what made me choose to go with Dale. I got appraisals from two of your competitors, one was over the top at the time and not genuine and didn't follow up at all, the other rang me every week and was quite pushy. Dale was professional. He kept me up to date with all connections with property and buyers. This was a hard decision to sell and was a very emotional experience for me being in my family for 52 years and alot of memories. I found Dale compassionate, supportive and grounding for me. I have worked as a PA for two agents in Rotorua and I know these are fine lines in the industry. Dale had the balance just right for me. He does this with what seems to be no bother and makes you feel important, and that how you feel matters. Through this whole process we have found Dale to be amazing so helpful and accommodating his communication is excellent and always answered any questions and explained everything well. Balancing the three contemporaneous sales of properties could not have been easy, but not once did we feel that it was struggle or effort for Dale. If we every sell again I hope Dale is still working in this industry as he is honestly the only person, I would want to deal with we totally appreciate him as a person and as a realtor.
