During my career, I have held management positions in Kerikeri and Bay of Islands, held licenses in New Zealand, New South Wales, and Queensland each having its own challenges and unique market conditions.

Having the experience to read the market conditions and the ability to change marketing strategies is part of my DNA. I have a high success rate in Auction Sales but more importantly, I often achieve multiple offers for my vendor’s consideration which is a true reflection of market value and allows the seller to make more informed selling decisions within a reasonable time frame.
