Craig is incredibly helpful and attentive to potential purchasers and was really supportive of us during our first auction. He was realistic and driven to help us get this house! We really enjoyed working with him from that point of view! My only hesitation to use him as a vendor agent would be that he has so many properties listed that I’d be worried about spreading himself too thin between properties/vendors however I am unsure if he has a larger team to assist him and this would definitely make a difference to my opinion.
