This was a very tricky sale with lots of disappointments, he went above and beyond to ensure that I was informed and that we had regular catchups, gosh, as far as I could see he worked till 9pm most nights! Most realtors didn’t want to take on my house sale being so tricky, but he did and got me the best result possible. I will forever be grateful. My only hesitation to use him as a vendor agent would be that he has so many properties listed that I’d be worried about spreading himself too thin between properties/vendors however I am unsure if he has a larger team to assist him and this would definitely make a difference to my opinion.
