In an unscripted and spontaneous format at Connect 2022, three of the Ray White Group’s most successful members were asked by Tim Snell, Group Head of Performance, Ray White Group, to pitch for a listing in front of a packed live audience.

Chairman’s Elite agents Josh Tesolin, Matt Lancashire and Rochelle Brinsdon were quick on their feet, quickly adapting to each situation they walked into, overcame concerns and objections and secured the listing.

These leading agents were put on the spot by their peers, and their talent and skills were on full display.

Auckland sale agent Rochelle Brinsdon of Ray White Verrans Corner was born into a family with hard-working, successful real estate agents. After a successful career in television production, the call to real estate was ultimately too strong to resist. Achieving Premier status in her first year as an agent, and then again every year since, including Chairman’s Elite last financial year, Rochelle proved she has the drive and determination to get incredible results.

Leads are our industry’s lifeline. In recent times, new entrants into the real estate world have taken control of an ever-increasing share of this valuable resource. To cap off the day, Ray White CEO (Strategy) Mark McLeod (pictured below) and Ray White Queensland’s Dave McMahon talked about this industry lifeline.

The pair went through the lifecycle of an average person and their experience in the property market, highlighting virtually every touch point of the customer journey from the perspective of cost and value.

“Many owners are disillusioned with how we seem to take their money and never communicate with them again,” Mr McMahon said.

“We are in the business of relationships, our goal is to create long standing relationships.

“We’ve surveyed our buyers and sellers and found 60 per cent pick their agent based on the relationship they have with that agent. That could be a huge missed opportunity for many.”
