With a strong background in property management, Claire brings experience from managing large portfolios both in Australia and here in Dunedin. Her high levels of empathy, professionalism, and exceptional communication skills allow her to foster strong, positive relationships between property owners and tenants, ensuring that the needs of both are met with ease. This enables Claire to effectively manage owners' properties while also creating a great experience for tenants.
Claire has also completed her NZ Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4), further enhancing her expertise in the industry.
Additionally, Claire was named a finalist for the Customer Experience Property Management Individual award, an impressive achievement that recognizes her exceptional service among all Ray White offices in New Zealand. Claire has also received A certificate this year 2025 for outstanding Achievement for the lower South island Ray white property Management Offices
