We have sold many houses over the years and have met many agents and rank Christine and Ferne as two of the best. We surveyed other auctions undertaken by other companies and approached other leading agents. Chris Kahn led her colleagues in a well thought through and executed campaign to sell our family home of 35 years in Mission Bay / Kohimarama. A great skill of hers is to efficiently plan out every stage of the sales cycle and advertising early and run a program where we were fully informed at all stages how the sales program and open homes were going, who the front running buyers were, what their issues were, and how the likely price might develop.
