Very easy, Chris took the time to meet my needs at all times during the purchasing process.

Chris was excellent. A complete gentleman during the entire home sale. At no time did we ever feel any pressure or doubt during the process of selling our apartment at 207 Federal. His suggestions, along with Steve, made sense and we followed all of them including a remodeling and staging package. It is likely that we might come back to New Zealand to purchase a home and we will definitely be contacting Chris. We can't say enough about how much of a pleasure it was to work with Chris. He would often give up his own personal time on weekends to accommodate our schedules and was able to arrange international communication using Skype when we needed to return home to both China and the U.S. He is a wonderful asset for Ray White and we hope to see him again when we return to New Zealand.

I can wholeheartedly say that if it weren't for Chris' support and understanding, I wouldn't have even dreamed of owning my apartment. He also put me in touch with a mortgage broker and a solicitor and even though there were times I felt like giving up (no thanks to Kainga Ora), we all worked together so amazingly. I cannot rate him highly enough... worth his weight in gold.

Chris has been amazing, he has worked with us patiently for many months as we tried to find the right property, he understood our situation and needs remarkably well, and just when we had practically given up here was Chris who had found us the right property having listened and understood, he has been extremely professional, but also warm, friendly and has a great sense of humour, we felt we could trust him totally. I would absolutely recommend Chris, you would be lucky and safe to have him as your agent. when next we buy or sell it will be Chris that we will contact straightaway. My experience buying with Chris was extremely positive. Normally it takes time and is stressful. With Chris, it was quick and easy. He's a very pleasant and likeable person who seems to have an in-depth knowledge of the real estate in the area, and the rules and regulations. When buying he helped negotiate to make the process easier. He is very honest and reliable and seems to have a great team behind him. When certain things weren't working or right he had his tradespeople come and fix them for which I am very grateful. The previous owners forgot to leave the remote for the TV. So Chris even provided one for me. I would definately recommend Chris

Even though we were working from a distance (us in TGA and Chris in AUK) Chris made it easy for us and attended with genuine enthusiasm to solve some trcky problems and we are very grateful. (he went way beyond his duty even, buy laughing at my pathetic jokes!!!)
