A background in high performance yacht racing which led him to compete in the World Match Racing Tour has refined Chester’s appreciation for high octane teams and highlighted the importance of discipline, efficiency, and processes which result in desirable outcomes. The parallels between yacht racing and the Property management industry helps Chester to get on the right tack and ask ‘will this make the boat go faster’.
