To Whom it may concern Recently we were renting the above house in Onehunga, until the owner decided to sell the property. Cheryl Whiting, was the real estate agent assigned to the house sale. We offered to support Cheryl in any way we could. In turn Cheryl worked with us to make it as easy as possible for us to move on. We owned our own home in Auckland and sold it, to build a retirement house Whitianga. We were renting next door to our daughter and son in law to help support them. They have two children under four but also expecting twins, born April 2022. During the entire process Cheryl worked with us to ensure we were not inconvenienced and did whatever she could to make the process as easiest as possible for us. Unfortunately, during this time, I got a cancer diagnosis. Cheryl bent over backwards to support us in this and could not have done more to support us. I cannot recommend Cheryl high enough in regard to building working relationships, recognizing people's needs (in regard to me starting the cancer journey) whilst meeting her obligations to the vendor and selling the property.
