We had previously had our property on the market with two other agencies and had tried various methods or sale. We were therefore apprehensive, however Martin and Cathy set our minds at ease immediately. They were thorough and honest, and the photography and advertising more than exceeded our expectations. We had nearly every agent from Ray White in our area come through and inspect our property. The Auction Manager explained the whole auction process well and he answered our questions honestly. The auction venue was excellent, with a slide show presentation of each property on offer. The auctioneer was excellent, with his salespeople working the room and giving bidders plenty of time to bid higher. We decided not to accept the highest bid under the hammer, as Martin felt that they could achieve even more after the auction. Within five days they presented three offers above our reserve price, one of which we have accepted, and we are all very satisfied with the result. We would be more than happy to recommend Martin, Cathy and Ray White Real Estate to friends and family, as we feel that their performance from start to finish cannot be faulted. The end result was actually better than our expectations and to that effect, we would like again to thank Martin and Cathy for their efforts.
