Raised in Wellsford, Caroline has lived in many parts of the North Island. Wanting a lifestyle change and to be closer to family, she moved to the beautiful Far North with her partner and two young children in 2022 and they have loved getting to know the Kaikohe area.

With a solid background and 20 years’ experience in banking, Caroline understands the importance of building and nurturing good relationships with clients and also the financial obligations of owning investment property. A previous position at Mitre10 and having owned several rental properties herself, she has also picked up a lot of tips and tricks on home improvement and renovations.

She thrives in busy and challenging environments and strives to always put her clients first.

Her down to earth nature, accuracy and ability to understand people’s needs and come up with timely solutions for her clients, make her the perfect fit for our Ray White Kaikohe team.

Outside of Property Management, you will find her either outdoors with her family horse riding or fishing or curled up inside with a good book.
