After a successful career in the sales and marketing arena, Carl launched headfirst into his real estate career in 2016 and in his first year, he invoiced more commission for the company he was representing at that time (in the Auckland Central region) than any other new salesperson and won his first award for rookie of the year.


Carl Russell has since become a name that anyone with a serious interest in Auckland City property has heard.


He has amassed a strong following of loyal clients for whom he has transacted hundreds of deals spanning across the city, to high end apartments in the Viaduct, along the waterfront to the Eastern Bays where he has sold multi million dollar freehold and cross lease properties. A true ‘real estate all rounder’, Carl has experience across more markets than most salespeople and can share intimate knowledge on unit title property, body corporates, leasehold property and he has successfully sold several multi million dollar properties at auction, including during the tumultuous year of 2022 which tested the toughest of salespeople.
