Spring selling season saw almost $26 million worth of North Shore property change hands at The Event 2.0 in-room auction event this week.
The North Shore of Auckland auction event saw Ray White Carpenter Realty, Ray White Milford & Mairangi Bay and Ray White Albany come together to showcase so many wonderful homes together.
The crowds swelled to more than 200 people over the event which was held across three offices on Wednesday.
Some 116 registered bidders signed up at The Event 2.0 to vie for 45 properties on offer from affordable family homes to luxury resort style luxury living.
The hybrid auction also saw 351 people watching the live market action online, with 82 active bidders in the auction which shows the strong buyer depth.
The event cleared almost 47 per cent of its order of sale, and the top sale was 12 St Andrew’s Way, Albany which was sold by Catherine Liu and Kevin Su of Ray White Albany for $2,550,000 with three active bidders battling it out.
Elsewhere, the beautiful four bedroom resort-style home at 49 Beachwood Drive, Hatfields Beach sold to a local family for $1,725,000. Ray White Silverdale agent Kylie Settle had so much interest in the property that she decided to bring the auction forward.

Ray White Carpenter Central | Beach Haven | Verrans Corner | Silverdale principal Glenn Carpenter said there was real value for sellers in these events and the team loved putting them together.
“We are so pleased for our clients that entrusted us with the sale of their homes. It is worth noting that a number of buyers that missed out on properties that were sold under the hammer, are currently in negotiations with some of the properties that passed in,” he said.
