Brooke was very supportive throughout our purchase and there were a number of instances where consultation with the vendor was required both simple and out of the ordinary. She always demonstrated that she was focused and keen to achieve a successful result in all situations. This was even more evident not being the listing agent as she had to liaise with John first which can add complexity to situations such as renegotiating contact clauses post agreement, various discussions with estate executors some on more challenging requirements, and general reasons. All of which took place whilst we bought this house. Brooke was very good at communicating with us during these occasions again because she also had to channel these through John first, and we always felt we were her priority and that she wanted to do her best to help.
