Bronwyn was absolutely amazing. We contacted her to look at a couple of houses in Titirangi. She got right back to use straight away and asked what we were looking for, then suggested a couple of other houses as well - organising a bit of a tour for us around the area. One of the houses (suggested by Bronwyn) was the perfect house for us - we absolutely loved it and will move in next week. I have received varying degrees of support from Estate agents in the past. Some agents offer little support and never call with new properties and at the other end of the scale, and equally bad in my opinion, is when an agent hassles you daily and emails or rings with properties that really aren't appropriate. Bronwyn is situated exactly where I'd want on this spectrum. We were kept regularly updated with new and applicable properties, but never once felt hassled. Whenever I asked a question I'd always receive an answer within 24hrs. On one occasion I managed to change a connecting flight through Auckland to allow me 6 hrs of viewings at no notice. Bronwyn some how set up a schedule with 6 properties and one of these properties we ended up buying. Her advice during the auction was invaluable too. I'd have no qualms recommending her to anyone buying or selling a property.
