Selling? in a market headed south. We hit the market just as it was past the peak and on the way down. Bridget gave us the options we could use in marketing our property but did not force us to a conclusion. She was straightforward when asked what she thought needed to be tidied up to make it more desirable as a property. But was also generously forthcoming with the praise to the titivation we did do. If Bridget was unable to show the home, she had a solid team to back her up. Communication on progress was continuous but not OTT. I felt that Bridget had to work hard to get the buyers in this market for us and her commission was well earned.
