Brie performed the impossible, she sold our house while it was not technically on the market which enabled us to purchase a new house, quickly and efficiently. The chain of three houses being sold and purchased must have brought a degree of pressure but Brie maintained her friendly, empathetic professionalism in all transactions and communications, we were kept well informed at every step. She is the negotiator extraordinaire! Her after sales service was just as good with lots of helpful local advice on contractors, services etc.

I’ve really enjoyed dealing with Brie and she’s been very supportive throughout the process. With a view on how to improve I think we felt ‘neglected’ when we had a conditional offer early on in the sales process which later fell through. Brianne was awesome and we were very happy with her work esp at the end, she had to put in a lot of work to get the sale through. Only thing to fault was there was a lack of communication with some changes to open home times that we were not told about, however I think this may have been her assistants fat rather than Briannes.

I found Brie to be a delight to deal with, really knowledgeable and very supportive at every step through the process.

I contacted Brianne in October 2014 regarding the sale of our property at 17 Cherrie Road, Beachlands, from the very beginning I found Brianne to be very professional, I think my first impression was that she was straight up and honest, this impression stayed with me throughout our dealings. Brianne gave us advice on the best way to market the property and what we needed to do as vendors to get the best possible price, she stayed in touch giving encouragement and sometimes a much needed shove in the right direction. Interest in the house was good and we decided that an auction was the way to go. Unfortunately we hit a hurdle when it was discovered that the house didn’t have final sign off on the code of compliance, to complicate matters the back of the house is plaster. We had set the auction date, Christmas was looming and the council move very slowly, we had a deadline and this was a very stressful time. Brianne was there helping and advising every step of the way, she helped us deal with the council, gave practical advice and much needed support. In the end our home didn’t pass code of compliance and we went to auction disclosing this and all council reports. Brianne and the team worked hard to get us the best possible price. I can honestly say that I cannot imagine any other real estate agent giving us the help and support that we got from Brianne and the team at Ray White, she went beyond what would have been professionally expected of her, and she made the whole process so much easier even phoning just to make sure that we were alright.
