I appointed Brett and Lyn Sawyers in November 2023 to list and sell my above property. I didn’t know them personally. However, from our first meeting and throughout the duration of the above they provided top service and an extremely high level of personal efficiency. I felt completely confident I’d engaged a team who were thorough, great communicators, compassionate and who had a natural rapport with people. At our first meeting Brett and I sat down to go through the Sale process step by step. He gave me printed material and top advice as to how to undertake the preparation and outlining what was required for marketing presentation. He went through every detail with enthusiasm and with his 20 years’ experience in the industry, covered both the major requirements to meet the market along with the minor work needed to complete this task. During this stage and before I’d sold, I found an urban house property (an opposition firm’s listing), I wanted to purchase and with no experience whatsoever buying at Auction, Brett offered to accompany me for both support and be my agent despite there being no financial gain in it for him. He consulted me on every aspect of the transaction ensuring I was prepared both mentally and financially and during the auction liaised, consulted, negotiated and strategised. We were successful. I now live in the property purchased. Brett deals with the ‘little matters’ in a way which doesn’t make you feel either ignorant or incompetent and with a natural enthusiasm for all things property, achieves. He follows up on every aspect of a transaction, explains clearly and gives good guidance and advice. His personality plays a big part in his successes to the point where you feel you are the only seller he’s dealing with. And there’s compassion thrown in. He checks to see how you are ‘trucking’ knowing the stresses involved in major property transactions. He arranged for the Ray White photographer to take the sale property photos which included drone footage and supervised in detail every shot required. The quality was outstanding. He took a team of three out to Crane Road for Open Homes. The driveway required ‘traffic management’ and he covered it. Justin Sims and Paige Kidwell assisted Brett. Open home reports were phoned to me virtually as Brett was leaving the property. The eventual buyers were the first open home viewers and Brett communicated with this couple throughout and included me in the pre-settlement inspection. The property settled in June 2024.

As per my previous comment.... We cannot speak highly enough of the experience we have had with Brett and Lyn Sawyers. As a team they created a beautiful marketing campaign and plan for our house sale, which drove a huge amount of interest in the property prior to the first open home. The video, photographs and marketing collateral were stunning. We were all set to hit the market strongly with our first weekend of Open Homes when Lockdown struck! With some very quick thinking, Brett and Lyn organised a 3D walk through video to be filmed for our home, which proved to be an absolute master stroke. They charged ahead, offering Private Viewings or great access to view the property online to buyers around the country. Across a 4 day period, which was to have included 3 Open Homes, Brett and Lyn provided round the clock service to us, working the phones to prospective buyers, carrying out private viewers and driving the interest in our home. They did not let any of the momentum slip at all, despite the conditions. This resulted in our auction date being pulled forward and multiple parties bidding on the property, despite being in Level 3 Lockdown. The result of the auction surpassed our expectations. We saw first hand how hard both Brett and Lyn worked for us and this sale, how flexible they were and how much strategy went into achieving the best outcome for us.
