This is just a quick note to thank you both for the successful sale of our family home. Searching for an attractive, well built home in a peaceful and convenient location during the height of the recent property boom was a daunting prospect. Despite my being highly risk averse Brendan was able to coax me into purchasing a beautiful home at auction although I had not yet brought my own property to market. I had assumed that this would be an incredibly stressful thing to do but can honestly say that Brendan’s abiding optimism and confident understanding of the best way to proceed meant that the whole process unfolded like an incredibly well oiled machine. I've recently experienced Brendan Smith from Austar Realty Titirangi while looking to purchase a property. I would definitely use his services should I be looking to sell, here's Why: Good Energy, fast reaction times, active and pro active even after hours, (when no sane person should be working). Thank you so very much for all you and your team have done for us in selling our house. We do so admire excellence and hard work in any field but you, Brendan and Rebecca have exceeded our expectations which we have found are so often regarded as unreasonable or unrealistic. Our previous attempts at selling the property were disastrous. True, the timing couldn't have been much worse but even so we believe that you would have still achieved a sale. You certainly would have prevented us from making a terrible mistake which has cost us a great deal of money and we're not talking about the eventual sale price! We first became aware of your company when Brendan brought prospective buyers round to view when we tried to sell that first time. With hindsight even on such short acquaintance it was clear then that you were well ahead of the competition when it came to real estate sales so we always knew that we would ask you to sell the house when we tried again. We had thought that we would have to return to New Zealand to deal with the sale including in particular preparing the house. This would of course have been a very expensive option which we eventually ruled out. So we were left wondering what we were going to do. Frankly we were very worried but then after speaking with you we knew that there wasn't going to be a problem. You did it all, organising the maintenance company, the home stagers and the photographer. All these people did a brilliant job. We've always thought that we could prepare a house for sale but we couldn't have competed with the home staging company you brought in. The photographer did an amazing job and the photographs were absolutely stunning. They were so good that we came close to taking the property off the market and returning to live there! The home maintenance company clearly did a great deal of hard and tedious work which contributed as much as anything to the sale. Please be sure to pass on our remarks and very sincere thanks to all concerned. In the circumstances "Thank you" really does seem hopelessly inadequate but I don't know what else to say so thank you, thank you, thank you.

Craig and Brendan took on a challenging assignment when they signed me up. Previous interactions with real estate agents (from other firms) had left me disappointed, cynical and expecting endless errors and empty words. These guys turned that around. They were cheerful and enthusiastic without encouraging false optimism. They worked energetically and consistently.
