Brendan brings a unique perspective to real estate, backed by a professional journey that’s taken him from interior design and architecture through to construction, and now property sales. That breadth of experience helps him see the potential in every home — and more importantly, to communicate it clearly and honestly to buyers and sellers alike.

Brendan has worked closely with the council over the years and has a solid grasp of regulatory processes — insight that can be incredibly helpful when navigating property decisions. He’s a great communicator with a friendly, thoughtful approach, and takes pride in guiding people toward the right home — one that fits their needs and feels like the right next step.

Laingholm has been home for the past 16 years. He has raised his family there — his kids grew up here and went to the local schools. That lived experience gives him a deep, personal understanding of what makes this community special. The wild coastline, the native bush, the creative, independent spirit — West Auckland offers a lifestyle that’s hard to beat, and he’s proud to call it home.
