Success came early in the real estate career of former builder and licensee salesperson Brad Leonard. Joining Ray White Parnell after a 12-month stint with another company, Brad had already amassed almost $30 million in sales and was accorded Elite status. Now focussed on assisting clients harnessing his significant experience building high-end lifestyle and luxury properties in Queenstown, Brad is breaking new ground in Auckland’s real estate industry.

Brad moved to the Auckland region after growing up on a farm in Southland. Trained as a builder, Brad spent 5 years in residential high-end home construction in Queenstown. He turned in 2021 to his true passion, real estate, and hit the ground running with homeowners on the northern beaches. Having won Rookie of the Year Brad moved closer to the CBD and continues to dedicate 7 days a week to sellers and buyers in the inner Auckland region.

Proud of his hard-working Kiwi farming roots and backed up by substantial bricks and mortar knowledge from thousands of hours on building sites, Brad walks the walk for his loyal clientele. Known for his optimism, candour and straight-shooting no-nonsense approach, Brad is quick to connect and win the trust of people from all walks of life. Brad blends technical knowledge with superb negotiating skills and takes the measure-twice-cut-once approach to the myriad critical details of any property transaction. Spare time is at a premium these days with his immediate goal to devote as much time as possible to honing his real estate skills. However, he has a deep love for the New Zealand bush and gets into the great outdoors when he can.
