REAL PROFESSIONAL who takes care of the process I meet Bob early this year as I want to sell one of my investment property. Bob is a professional agent who ask to come over to look at the property himself to understand the location & condition. He understand this is not a simple property to sell due to it's location & condition. Bob had explain to me different type of marketing & selling Strategy and advise me the options. I have follow his strategy and we get a good result of the Sales. However we get hit by Covid-19 where we cannot vacate the property as expected.
