May 2013 Billy was most helpful when we were undecided whether to sell or not. We said yes it is for sale but did not have to be sold. We agreed with Billy that it could be on her books and if there was an offer present it to us. We signed an agreement with Billy on 22 Feb and there was an offer presented 0n 13 March. A little toing and froing and final agreement to settle on 10 May. Many phone calls to keep us up to date with purchasers finances etc and moving settlement forward, also a nice touch photographs of the electricity meters so I could deal with the electricity company.

May 2013 I found that Billy listened to what I asked her to achieve in the sale of the property namely I wanted it sold before the winter & also I hoped to get a reasonable price for it. She also offered us good advice on how to help towards this sale - she wasn't pushy at all & I felt very comfortable & confident when working with her.
