Previously using a friend who is an RE agent (for another agency) for another property last year I felt a lot of effort went into telling me how bad my property was in order to drop my expectations, after going on about how good it was to get the deal, he also convinced me to go for an auction for a first home buyers property which was a fail, didn't seem to listen much, and didn't seem very active. It was a very negative and disheartening experience which made me never want to use an agent again. This terrible experience made me decide to try private, which eventually didn't work out with a collapsed sale, so I turned to Benny because I liked his positive approach. With Benny he was positive the whole way through, even when the lock-down hit he was working away and kept the possitivity alive. Then followed up by coming through so quickly afterwards with buyers. Although the price wasn't what we hoped for, he still came out with a multi-offer, and gave good advice, never disparaging the property or my workmanship in getting it ready for sale, just encouraging me & where something needed a bit more work, suggesting positively rather than negatively. It was a wholly different experience, and I felt like I had someone on my team who I could trust to chip away at getting buyers and update me whenever anything happened.
