10 is not high enough for Ben.He bent over backwards to find me a buyer and a lot of backwards and forwards. I was pleased with the number of people Ben had coming through the house from day one. from the first meeting with Ben where he came and had a quick look through our Rental property and gave us a lay out of our options relating to selling as is and doing some small renovations in the bathrooms and kitchen, at this stage we were not sure what we wanted to do. kind of just thinking about selling but not to seriously as we still had a few years be for we retired and had good tenants so there was no rush, then about 4 weeks later our son who was our tenant called to say he had a change in circumstances and would be moving out in a couple of weeks. it was a bit of a shock but i did not want to go back to dealing with real tenants so the decision was made to sell since it was going to be empty any way. We contacted Ben again and he was so helpful reassuring and confident that we could get the best money at Auction and had a plan to get us there in 6 weeks if we could get the renovations we were intending to do done in time. Luckily all went to plan i and Ben was there with as watching the progress and offering tips on small things that could make a large difference on auction day and getting people interested. Ben kept us informed of people coming through the open homes and followed up with us a couple of times a week some times more if there were offers he had to present to us, needless to say that through his work the auction exceeded all our expectations thanks to Ben and his companion. I met him a number of years ago at an open home (for another property before we purchased the house he sold for us) and he kept in touch and gave honest feedback on current market conditions.
