We started to prepare the properties in Dec 2021 Ben managed to meet us multiple times in the festive season. and we completed the paper on 30 Dec 2021. The photo shooting and advertisement preparation stages are well organized and we are able to decide our involvement - we were picking photos together on the home and we left Ben to pick the photos on the rental one since we have 2 listings going live in the same week (a Tuesday and a Thursday) During the open home process, there were long weekends, stormy weekends and sunny weekends and Ben are able to carry out private viewings during the weekdays too.
