They checked in with us, were full of helpful suggestions, ideas and guidance. We, at their advice, moved from an auction to a listed price and crossed our fingers. Surely, somewhere out there, was someone who looking for a cozy apartment, in a central location, that was as keen to buy as we were to sell? There was.
