Introducing
Barb Jennings has been Property Manager at Ray White Pukekohe for approximately 21 years and with LJ Hooker in Pukekohe for 2.5 years prior to that.
Barb has found her niche in Property Management and really enjoys working with people from all walks of life. She finds that having variety in her day is stimulating and with property management, no day is ever the same
Barb has previously Managed Motels, Restaurants, Admin and Accounts in the family business and worked in jobs that have generally involved Customer Service. Being a homeowner and a previous landlord herself, she appreciates the need to take care of what is most peoples’ largest assets.
Barb is highly motivated, professional and dedicated to giving her landlords the best possible service with their Property Management needs. She is continually upgrading her knowledge in Property Management by attending ongoing training and is an Accredited Property Manager.
She believes it is important for our landlords and investors that they are able to have faith that their Property Manager is up to speed on all the changing legislation to the Residential Tenancies Act and what is happening in the market place.
