Tenant in place and wanting to stay on, its a very basic 3 bedroom ,shower over bath ,separate toilet laundry, open plan kitchen dining lounge ,good size decking , stand alone garage down a ROW , needs bathroom and kitchen probable replacement , outside could use a paint , we are working with tenants to get them into a home of there own, meantime they stay on , if and when they go you would need to bring up to healthy home standard , or do up for yourself , current rent is $420.00 per week , tenants have been in place for a number of years ,
