Fusing design and function with texture and colour is the realm of creatives, and this villa is an expression of its artistic owners. Architect Jose Gutierrez was tasked with creating a home suitable for modern day living; a key design objective was to maximise the connection of the home to the outdoors, resulting in full-height stackers linking the living areas to a lush landscaped and private garden - a work of art in itself! Philippe Starck and ECC lighting throughout are part of my vendors aesthetic, and eco-ply and feature tiled splash back give a designer edge to the entertainers kitchen. The master suite has abundant storage and a tiled ensuite, and a further bedroom is currently used as a guest bedroom. Upstairs the second living room enjoys amazing views and flows onto two additional bedrooms.
